Ok story time. (this is based on an older version, and I want to know if a bug is fixed... anyways)

Ok, So we were taking the AP Physics Mechanics exam yesterday and we were all discussing how we felt after.
Suddenly Luke stands up and yells "Do you know what the worst part was! I was just minding my own business in Veridian Forest, when I go up against a level 7 Nidoqueen and lost! I mean! Who expects a Nidoqueen at level 7!"

Tongue We didn't do so well on the test. He quit and played Pokemon for a half hour, and asked me to tell you he loves it.

Anywho, I was wondering if the bug in encountering (in wild and trainers) pokemon with evolutions higher than their level permits has been fixed yet.
Much thanks,
     -James

4  General Discussion / Miscellaneous Discussion / Re: Dreams on: 09 April, 2013, 22:12:02
I almost never dream Big frown
Same here and when I do, I don't remember much. I don't pay attention to these so I forget. Tongue I actually tend to dream awake of geeky stuffs that I actually remeber. Kind of like trance. I must have had too much radiation for breakfast...
In fact you almost dream every night but just don't rember it when waking up. Avarage is about 3 or 4 dreams per night.

There is a difference between the true scientific definition of dreaming and how people use it everyday.  If a person says they don't dream, they tend to mean that they don't remember them. Tongue

9  Calculator Community / Axe Language / Re: Ti Basic to Axe on: 24 March, 2013, 02:35:43
you don't need to define a list in axe.

You have 6 memory locations you can use that vary in size and dangers. L1/L2/L3.../L6
You can access these locations with the "{" and "}"
For example {L1 + 4} would access one byte of RAM at location L1+4

You can easily use this to make a list.
for example. if you wanted to make a list of  10 random one byte numbers, you could do this

For (A,0,9)
Rand^256 -> {L1 + A}
End

hope i explained that well enough.

Rand makes a random number between 0 and 65535 i think.
^256 is modulus (you don't really need it as it'd only save 8 bits to that location anyways, but o added it to... um not sure why i did)
A is a variable
{L1 + A} is a changing memory location as A is changing.

Quotient rule is extremely easy for us (me and classmates)

The easiest way we've found to remember is by saying it like this.
(Say in southern drawl)
Low D-High, Minus High D-Low, All over Low Square.

Its got a pattern to it like the quadratic formula to the Jack-in-a-box tune

I have a couple friends with it.
One of them won't receive anything but lists it seems.

^Yup

Make sure after installing, you close the disk drive after you take the disk out when it pop out. Then press enter.
If you don't and just hardshut down it, it fails.
14  Calculator Community / General Calculator Help / Broken Calcs on: 19 February, 2013, 15:21:26
Hello everyone, I am currently in possesion of three TI-83+'s that I have failed to fix.
All three have hardware issues that renders the screen useless.

Any of you think you got a chance to fix them or want to try?
I'll ship within the US for free (atleast for one calc), but outside will probably be too much for me.
