Hello, I'm a new user and I'm wondering how to send it, I've right clicked some files and hit send to TI Instrument or something. It says it cannot find a device. I have a USB Port plugged in and everything.

All help is appreciated

hm. In order to help you, could you please specify "and everything a bit further? Winkwink.gif
information that might help:
-what OS do you have?
-what connection Software do you use?
-Calc OS version?
-Is the calc recognized in any way by your computer?

 I have windows
I'm using the USB port that came with the calculator and TI Connect
Don't know my calc's operating system.
When I plug in the USB port with the calculator connected, it seems to reconize it.

are you sure you didnt connected your calc before installing ti connect? I remember some people having problem with this sometimes. Also make sure you selected the right port, and maybe try with all USB ports

That's the error I get, btw thanks for all of the help. I'm currently going to try some different USB ports and hope one of them works.
