You have to create a users group and it has a star next to it, I forgot how you have to add the pic to the user group. But you move the person to a users group that has a picture.

ooh yeah admins, but those are never edited anyway, I meant multiple staff usergroup, its not easy to manage considering we have like 10 staff plus 6 managers if i rememebr
