I have a new motherboard I am going to replace my old one with(For the time being), but I was just wondering if I replace it, does Windows install drivers that are mobo specific(not like sound or video drivers, but drivers are just for the mobo?)

I have almost everything non-integrated except for my sound.

there are some, but you will probably trip up the way Windows knows your computer is. I have pulled a Windows drive from one comp to another just fine (completely different hardware).

Should be fine I expect, just download drivers for whatever's new. If it really screws up you can always just re-install windoze. =)
