Well if you couldnt tell, im having comp problems. i cantt play silkroad on my new (handmedown) comp. the sound wont initialize or somethiing. what happened is it caught a virus so my mom bought a new one and gave me that one, i fixed it by buying a new harddrive and installing that then wiping the other one clean. so none of my driver settings are installed. since it was not my computer, i do not know where the motherboard box is to reinstal them from a disk and i cant find them on the website (cards are integrated into the motherboard) so does anyone have any advice? like a site where i could find drivers (sound/video) or any other course of action? im am in the process of looking for the motherboard box, but i dont count on finding it. any help would be apprecianted, and btw my motherboard is a fic.

Try Windows Update in IE. Use custom mode, and look and see if there is anything under drivers, otherwise, see what you have in device manager.

Yes, do that. Also, it's best to find the original motherboard CD.

Else, you can try http://www.driverfiles.net/ or other drivers website. However, the drivers may be incorrect, so you should always double check.
