Nah it doesn't have any of the apps he mentionned I think (unless renamed?). Only Dino Puzzle AKA Yoshi, Pegs, Block Dude and Puzzle Frenzy.

Also, as far as the best calc game... I don't really know what I'd consider the *best*, but the game Penguins always sticks out in my mind when I think of calc programming. It was the first game that really made me realize what the calculator was capable of. =)
