After talking to DJ_O, I thought of a great useful feature, but for some reason I don't think it is possible. Would it be possible to have OmnomIRC message the user (with highlight) when they receive a new PM?

FileSyst is an application that provides a folder and filesystem for the TI-83+/84+ calculators. It is designed to be easy to access and use in BASIC, and it can be used to access game files and save data, or to create a command prompt, among other things:

Just as long as it's not like Cemetech, where if you send a forum PM to someone via SAX, it tells everybody that you sent a PM.

However it migth be a good idea because in too many occasions, my PMs or posts in the suggestion forum got missed or responded to too late, so I end up bugging them on IRC.

Another thing: I don't recommend the OmnomIRC /msg (or maybe it was /query?), because a year ago, I recall two saying they saw a PM from someone else, so it's not very secure.

its gotten better now i can speak from experiance been using it alot lately.

tho you are better just /msg ing the user a @channel then /join @channel

as it works a bit better than the user pm system atm

Xeda, that's a decent idea, but since OmnomIRC and Omnimaga are pretty much two separate systems (OmnomIRC's simply an iframe on Omnimaga and piggybacking off of Omnimaga's login), it'd be a bit difficult to integrate them.

@Geek, I just fixed up a lot of stuff with PMs, though they're still not as well refined as @ channels are.
