how do you get the dev oses??
This was taken from a public document on the Internet... but you really have to know what to look for in order to find it
(and still, we weren't really expecting this when we found this).
As for other dev os things, I had the opportunity to see quite a lot while I was in Dallas (at TI's).
Also, some of us are alpha/beta-testing the new 3.2 OS (but there we can't say much .....)
