The gimp. Started with something like 18*20, did a gradient, indexed to two layers w/dithering, erased one color, scaled up so each one pixel was 92*64 (size of this) and tiled that for the background layer.

I used Bryce 7 or something, which I got for free a few months ago. It was my first time using it and I needed an artwork ASAP, though, so parts of it might have been rushed in. In Photofiltre however I edited the colors and added text so it satisfies my needs more. I might blur the text, but not in the actual album cover, since the rest isn't really blurry anyway.
