Nice song, and I like the old skool feel of that song. The beat reminds me of when I listened to trance around 2001-02, although back then I was more into epic trance. By the way do you use the PLaystation version of the software or the PC version? There seems to be a lot of external samples but the sound of some reverb is stereo it seems (the PC version had mono reverb). Good job

Its the Playstation version, and there's no external samples. The only thing i add is a limiter

Aaah ok. You definitively used them pretty well and pushed the software limits hard, because I could hardly recognize some.

I myself prefer the PS1 version because the PC version crashes every minute or so for me and the sound quality is not as good.

Couldn't afford a decent music production pc at that time, Music 2000 is all i have, so i try everything i can with it 

Never tried the pc version, but the ps1 version also crashes when i use the filters in sample editor

Ah so you were in the same situation as me it seems. Although when I got a computer that can run FL or other pro softwares, I just could never understand any of them  (except Sony ACID Pro 7, to a certain extent, which had an annoying VST bug). Since 2008, I only made 3 songs without the MTVMG softwares and I made about two dozens with them. It's definitively possible to do quite a lot with the MTVMG, though, even on the PS1.

As for the PS1 I did notice the crashes indeed. I tend to not use much filters, though, because the vocabulary and numbering there is totally different from standard music softwares

I use FL nowadays because when compared with the other, imo its the closest to music 2000  followed by chaotic music maker
But producing with music 2000 is still the most fun to me. It's easier to tweak a sample with music 2000. You can change the parameters easily for each note  with today's pro daws, you have to create automation or edit event, which very time consuming

Yeah, i also find the filters and the other effects on the sample editor is confusing, and you can't preview the sounds

For some reasons FL was the one I found the hardest to understand. Maybe because there were so many buttons. However maybe I could give it another look to see if it changed a bit or got more user-friendly. Besides that my favorite was Sony ACID, but the VST settings are often not saved when closing projects, which makes it annoying. Magix Music Maker just took too many computer resources for me. I haven't tried LMMS yet.

As for Music series my favorite are Music 2000 PS1, followed by MTVMG2. In Music 1, 2000-PC and 2002 I found the controls to be kinda akward to use, in Music 2000-PC, 2002 and 3000 the reverb effects were mono and stereo, making trance/deep UK hardcore a major hassle to create and in MTVMG3 there are just not enough options, since the software was aimed more at remixers, although I found MTVMG3 to be the fastest to use. Almost all of my songs are made in Music 2000 PS1.

In Music 2000 and MTVMG3, it usually takes me between 4 and 12 hours to make a song. In MTVMG2 it takes me two extra hours, in Music 3000 three to four and in other softwares it usually takes me at least 15 hours for a song that usually doesn't end up as great as my songs that took me 4 hours in Music 2000.

The Music 2000 bugs and glitches are annoying, though, and sometimes weird .
