8xpfix link This program fixes archived 8xp files made with TILP, so that they will work with other software (e.g. Wabbitemu, TI Connect). To use, just drag-and-drop 8xp files on 8xpfix.exe. Note: other 8x* files might work too.

You just drag the files on the exe. You can even drag/drop multiple ones at once.
Also thanks jacobly for this. It wouldn't be as necessary if the issue was due to a TiLP bug, but it seems it sometimes happens with TI Connect files as well and it might be useful in the future.
You might want to fix the download link in the first post though.
