We can bring back the Dutch sections if there's enough interest and if people will really use it. Maybe a vote and most of the main Dutch user base have to be for.

i espcially like the choice between dutch and belgian, luckily they're separated .. j/k

it's not necessary i think, if someone doesn't know how to explain something in english, they can just ask help.. there's nothing to be ashamed about, and that section won't be very active anyway
