I really want the new features, but I also really like ndless. I might be getting another Nspire though, so if I do, ill upgrade one and leave the other.

3.2.1219 isn't much different. The slowness isn't fixed yet, but the cause has been found.

Time out.  TI can fix the problem.  The question is will they and if they do, will it be done in a timely manner?
