yeah, just search for flashbook. The SF link is more useful if you ask me, though.

aaaah ok. I tend to not look much into those sections of ticalc, which is probably why I didn't notice it.

Here you go! It's an independent app, made with that tool you guys were talking about. It's for .2.5, but I'd make a .2.6 version if you want.

Are there differences between the v0.2.5 and v0.2.6 Axe Documentations (besides the numbers, of course)?

The addition of very simple interrupts, a sort command and some changes with pointers.

Keep in mind, Yoman82, that Axe is updated at a rather regular rate, so you would need to update your app over and over, and unnoficial versions (not posted by Quibigo) are not allowed in the contest

I'm more than willing to update it if people want.
Also, what unofficial versions of AXE? And this isn't related to the contest, I don't think.

Oh wait, I thought the Axe app you posted above was a hacked version of Quigibo's app, adding the command index in it. Sorry, my bad. But yeah I added the rule in case people released patched versions of Axe adding new commands or the like  in the future (which I doubt, but we never know) to do stuff you wouldn't be able to do normally with a real Axe app, allowing them to cheat in the contest.

For some reason, when I try to send AXED.8xk to my calc, it says I/O request aborted, then my RAM gets cleared.

Well, it works for me. Personally, I think it could be made to look a little better, but it converted suprisingly well as-is. If I were making it from scratch I'd probably make it more like the ctlghelp app. It would be really awesome if it could integrate into the OS like that, too.

That'd be a nice idea: a hacked version of CtlgHelp (is it copyrighted?) that displays Axe syntax for items such as det( as well as the pure BASIC use.

Does it matter if it's copyrighted? If we just distribute a patch file, we're fine, just like rom hacks, right?

well, we could just create our own app, the only problem being that the catalog hooks are not well-documented.

We could probably get some amazing guy like Brandonw to disassemble it for us and just replace the text.
