And by break in do you mean running a stability test to make sure the OC worked.

List of stuff I need to do before September: 1. Finish the Emulator of the Casio Prizm (in active development) 2. Finish the the SH3 asm IDE/assembler/linker program (in active development) 3. Create a partial Java virtual machine for the Prizm (not started) 4. Create Axe for the Prizm with an Axe legacy mode (in planning phase) 5. Develop a large set of C and asm libraries for the Prizm (some progress) 6. Create an emulator of the 83+ for the Prizm (not started) 7. Create a well polished game that showcases the ability of the Casio Prizm (not started)

Break in is just leaving the computer on for a while to make sure none of the components are defective.
umm yeah pretty much that. I wanna get the thermal compound settled and whatnot before i do any type of OC'ing whatsoever to make sure that "maximum thermal transfer capabilities can be reached". so yeah

Ah I see, thanks for the info. I was wondering if it was related to not letting the computer run for too long and give it breaks when you get it and the like and I was confused, since many people leave theirs running 24/7 and mine went in that state about 6 hours after getting it (not earlier, because it was 30F outside when I got it back home from the store and there could have been humidity and stuff)

I usually have enough parts laying around at any given time to build a computer. The main processor I have multiple of is a Pentium 4 2.66ghz. Not too bad of a chip in my humble opinion. If I don't have certain parts like heatsink clips I will just use zip-ties to hold it together. On one I had to use the zip-ties to hold the heatsink and a screw to hold in the fan. Works quite nicely. In the future I want to build up a nice machine that will do anything I throw at it. At the moment my dream config would be an i7 with at least 8gb of RAM and 1tb hard drive. Biggest hard drive I have ever owned is in this laptop and is 320gb.

Make sure those zip ties are down tight, or you might hear a sizzling sound coming from your CPU.

I'm glad to see your computer kinda works in overall. I hope you can fix your wifi card issue soon. I wonder how well will your computer handle games?
