Judging by the pictures, I'd guess it's just a regular Nspire including a colour screen and wi-fi - as such I'd expect it to have nearly the same OS.

* squidgetx is speechless... WANT. Also I really like the look of it, much more than the original Nspire or the Prizm.

Seems as if the keyboard isn't replaceable anymore.

That is what I was discussing on IRC earlier. I don't see any spot where it would be "possible" to remove the keypad.

Does this mean no more 84+ emulator anymore. Not that TI would make a good emulator for a color screen anyways.
Edit: Post number pi 314

List of stuff I need to do before September: 1. Finish the Emulator of the Casio Prizm (in active development) 2. Finish the the SH3 asm IDE/assembler/linker program (in active development) 3. Create a partial Java virtual machine for the Prizm (not started) 4. Create Axe for the Prizm with an Axe legacy mode (in planning phase) 5. Develop a large set of C and asm libraries for the Prizm (some progress) 6. Create an emulator of the 83+ for the Prizm (not started) 7. Create a well polished game that showcases the ability of the Casio Prizm (not started)

If there are no removable keypads, then yes this would be true. But we cannot yet completely confirm that the keypads will not be removable.

Then again, if it has proper programming, we won't need TI-84+ emulation.

Well, might it be a good thing that there isn't any removable keyboard? I heard that the contacts on the keyboard wore out really fast and broke That being said, this calc is looking so shiny :] I can't wait to see what kind of specs it will have!
