Back in the days, I remember I thought you absolutely needed to download a software to even make screenshots at all. Then I discovered PrintScreen copied to the clipboard and was like "Wow I am glad the softwares I found for that were free and feel bad for those who spent money on such software"

I could do it in 4 lvls gray as well Tongue For this I just used the noise thingy a couple times and indexed it scaled up 400% to desktop-sized, then tiled a 4-px-wide square over the whole thing Cheesy

It's part of a theme pack called Placebo (cold light, specifically).
That's actually a bit old, it looks like this now - I customized the start orb so it doesn't look so empty with the vertical taskbar (also windows 8 logo woo) and the close buttons to make sense Tongue
Tho at this point I boot windows like three times a week max only b/c of the programming class using vb.net lol
