On a side note does anyone have any idea what's with the 842 users online at once yesterday? shocked

It seemed spontaneous because if we were slashdotted/digged I am sure today there would still be 200-300 online. Unless this was a news site that posts news every hour or so, knocking recent stories off the front page, this was weird. Huh??
