There's different software for connecting a TI-Nspire.  Get it here: TI-Bank.  You might have to translate this into your native language.

Specifically Computer Link 1.4 http://ti.bank.free.fr/index.php?mod=archives&ac=voir&id=1711 (or 1.3 if you got OS 1.1)

Also welcome on the forums. Smiley

TO connect to your TI-Nspire you have to use the software named "TI-Nspire Computer Link Software version 1.4", if that's what you are asking.

In the device manager, accessible from the Control Panel, in what category appears your Nspire when it's connected to your computer ?

Does it appear in a category named "libusb-win32 devices" ?
And if you right-click -> Properties on the entry, what is the version, date and provider of the driver ?

Please don't double post.

Can you give us a bit more information about how exactly you start this process, step by step, with maybe even a few screen captures?  When does this error message come up?  Did you do everything everyone else told you to do?  Take it long and slow and specific is good, easy to read and always terrific.
