I was wondering if anybody here have read the Zelda mangas? I knew there were Zelda cartoons or animes, but I didn't know there were mangas too until now. At the store earlier today I saw A Link to the Past, Oracle of Ages, Ocarina of Time and Oracle of Seasons in that format. The stories were adapted from the single player video games to fit into story mode, so for example extra characters got added, but it still seemed quite interesting (even if some stuff got changed a bit around).
As of now I got the ALttP one.

I read the Oracle of Seasons and Ocarina of Time. :3
-
Well, I hope it's not as bad as the CDi version.
-
Nah it seemed quite good actually. I bought the ALttP one btw. The only issue so far is the questionable translation at a few occasions, but otherwise it was fine.

I just bought it too (ALttP, DJ_O is my witness :P), it seems quite good for a manga adaptation of a video game.

Also while we were there, I just noticed OoT is split in two parts. I was sure it was only one manga lol. I guess the second part is mostly link as adult.
-
I guess the story didn't fitted in only one book, so they made 2 books.

I have a couple of the four swords manga. :)
-
Oh right it was Four Swords that also had two parts. I wonder what that story involves because I never played Four Sword much.
-
I'm actually not sure how many it has, but that was all I've been able to find instore so far. The story involves Link being split into 4 parts (each representing a different aspect of himself) adventuring throughout Hyrule.

Ah I see, thanks for the info. From what I was hearing, the game seemed to be mostly small mini-quests and games, like SUper Mario Bros/World series, rather than one entire quest, so I wondered how they would manage to adapt it to manga format.
