Epilepsy is essentially where you would faint when you saw that. I believe, the term(s) you were referring to, was "looks quite... gah, my eyes!" j/k
It actually does kinda hurt my eyes, though.

They aren't really animated. It's javascript changing the image source between multiple files.

No, javascript needs to be inserted into a website - I don't think it works in an image. This image isn't actually JPEG, it's just a GIF named using the .jpg extension.

Yeah what JosJuice said. It's impossible for an actual JPG format file to be animated, from what I heard.

lol, probably so it could upload to certain sites :P
BTW, DJ, does this site use IIS 6? it has a vulnerability to run asp scripts disguised as jpgs.

Nah it uses Litespeed Web Server. Not sure what is it, though.
