Was this done with a software or painting? It looks like the lines are made with a computer, but the rest seems handdrawn. It looks nice by the way :D

WIP of an attempt to draw Maka from Soul Eater. What do you guys think? It looks somewhat disproportional to me overall, but the main bother for me is that I messed up the hair :P (badly lit, I know)

The lighting is so bad I can't comment on the drawing. :trollface:

The hair is fine.  I looked up the image you traced used as a reference, and I can clearly make out that this is the same character. As for the proportions, the head seems a little bit too wide IMO.

First shot at chibi drawing, spent some 3-4 hours on this. Turned out quite well, except that the location of the neck isnt obvious enough (it's supposed to be invisible and behind the head but it looks like the head it directly connected to his belly ^^'). I still suck at getting anatomy right, so if anything feels wrong, it's probably that. Hope you like it tho ^.^

Thanks. Now that I look at it again, I actually have to say that it really turned out better than I thought. I actually like it more instead of seeing huge mistakes. So I guess that's nice?
