A bit of paint, my own custom paint prog, picture it 9 for the transparencies, sometimes use unfreeze for the animation, and gimp.  I might realease my paint program in the future but it needs a few more features fixxed and need to make it less buggy (very haphazard code means lots of weird errors if you try to do something it isn't meant for).  Its also only for direct x computers (or iow windows).  I need to consolidate those tools some how cause it took me a half hour to format after I drew it.
