I was wondering if somebody could draw me a few 16x14 sprites of any one of these things: Mario (in his running/jumping pose), Pot of Gold, umm...That's all I can think of right now. I need 2 more "things", but I can't think of what they should be. You can make other 16x14 sprites of, well, anything if you want to, but for now I mostly need the first 2 I mentioned.

It's for the slots game but it has been discontinued.

can they be 16x16 because i can make mario with half of a face on 16x14
ooh forgot to make him jump oops does he have to jump?
nvm got one
the original mario is 16x16
it only needs three colors so ill do light gray dark gray and black
buttons/skin will be light hat/overalls will be dark and shooes sleeves and hair will be black
in about ten minutes, ill post three pics and you can make a program to make it grayscale
Edit:Try to let up on the multi-posting use the edit button instead.

you might also want to use the (http://omnimaga.org/Themes/omnimaga4/images/english/modify.gif) button more often unless there's 3-4 hours or more since your last post (unless someone replied of course)
EDIT: wow that's a record for sure, there were only two posts in a row when I posted this then when I clicked OK it was a quintuple post. Am I typing that slow? O.O

I think Imageshack resizes down images, though, right, making them blurry? If this happens try http://www.mediafire.com instead. Photobucket.com also works for images, but I'm unsure if anyone here know how to... uhm... get it to work...
Else you can upload them directly in your post. Click Reply, then click Additional Options below the text area where you type your post and there will be upload options. Keep in mind the limit is 250 KB, though.

oh these are nice, but please, don't double-post with so few times between post, use the modify button instead to add the new updates to your post, people aren't gonna miss your posts anyway because they only check the forums every once and a while and go through all new posts everytime.

Heh didn't think this topic would get sooo much attention.. lol. @Skuller: Thanks for showing interest in helping me, but for now this project is un-officially discontinued. If I ever do pick it up again, i'll definitely use your sprite. Thanks!

Hey you sound like your good at sprites are you wiling to try for a 16*16 gandalf sprite?

and what kind? text? picture? ASCII text sprite? umm...? other?

i just remember this last post... it was the first day i joined, and i said I would do the gandalf sprite... well, i started to, but i didn't know what gandalf looked like, so I made something and it looked like a robed figure with a hood on, and i did it in the middle of the screen so then i tried to move it to the top corner, and i made up some crappy code that used 2 for loops and moved the sprite over one to the left, then modified it to move up... so i got two sprites, one an outline, one a black one to make it grayscale... then i couldn't get on the laptop to use ticonnect, and i was newish to the TI calculator, so, like all other beginning programmers, I had the occasional RAM clear and my pics got deleted and i never really had any more initiative to make new ones.
Sorry noah, you probably arent getting the sprite from me, but ill try one last time if you really want me to. but it wont be a real good one, just a sloppily thrown together one and you can fix it. but only if you want me to that bad.

lol did you look at the last post date in this thread? and besides, I believe noah has switched gears with his game..

i once revived a 2 year old post on UnitedTI, but everyone said they couldn't have told except one guy pointed it out for us.

well the post was rather adding to the topic at least. Personally I am fine if someone revives an old thread if he needs to ask more details about an awnser to someone's problem or if the post adds to the discussion. I mean, for example, if someone ask game transfer help, then 1 year later somebody else needs help but the awnser didn't fix his problem, he can ask other solutions.

Altough I fixed it. but now I cant even receive stuff from the calc to the PC, it just does nothing, even after TI connect reinstallation. I can still perform backups, though (in .tig format... btw these files are kinda like 8xg files, if ti connect is installed you can ungroup them on the computer as fine as groups)
