I want you guys to post your opinion about this picture I made and advice on how to make it better. The picture is attached to this post. No bets on where it came from... %)

EDIT: I removed the text altogether and experimented with xLib to produce a second picture.

That would be a really good into screen. :thumbup:

I guess you could add a background city or at least the back lights.

question: is that what you really look like?
wow that looks really good. my only suggestion is that the helicopter is lacking a propellar thingy, you could probably deviate from the drawing a bit in this instance and draw a real propellar thing, because idk if people'll know what the two black swirls are

Haha, sorry, you had me laughing my head off for about a minute. The main character in the game Deus Ex being me? :rofl:

Oh well, to clarify, there is an actual computer game called Deus Ex. In fact, it even has a sequel, Deus Ex: Invisible War (though it's not as good as the original one). The game Deus Ex recently achieved 1st place in the Top 101 Best Games of All Time. The main character in the game is a biomodified human that has been augemented by all types of nanotechnology, called JC Denton.

ahhhh, i get it now, i just thought you had some wicked dramatic photographer take a shot of you.. i guess i might have to check that game out, it is pc consol correct?
anyway, i tried to do the heli for ya with a regular propellar but it came out suck, so i did it with the black swirls and it looks way better

Ya, the propeller is a bit broken. However, I might be able to fix it up a little with the newer version of my picture. Oh yeah, and the game is for PC, but has a PS2 version, too, that has the intro cinematic and the 3 ending cinematic shortened but pre-rendered, not to mention more loading screens due to memory limitations.

OK, I edited the helicopter you posted a bit on my newer version. Besides the helicopter, I straightened the hair a bit, rounded out the shades, and made the lip shadow a bit smaller.

I made JC on the calc, but I don't know how Homestar made the background city.

@graywolf: I don't think it's too important. However, if I will add it, it will only be once I get to know how to do greyscale pictures. Or, if Spelli ever will be on, he might be able to help...
