Title: OmnomIRC no longer lets me scroll down the page when cursor hovers over it

OmnomIRC no longer lets me scroll down the page when cursor hovers over it. It didn't do that until tonight. Could you please change it back? Because it's really annoying now to have to move it down everytime. :/

It still does this until Omnom is fully loaded. Not much of an issue, but it seems it's overflowing a bit before it gets changed.
