OmnomIRC on Chromium
« on: June 18, 2011, 06:06:45 am »
I am using 12.0.742.91 (87961) Built on Ubuntu 10.10, running on Linux Mint 10, 64 bit, and I can't use OmnomIRC.

In fact, I can type and send messages, but I can't see the chat, below is a screenshot:

It works fine in Chrome(Googles official build) 12.0.742.100.
I believe it's a cookie issue, one of the cookies wasn't 100% compatible across code revisions.

Yeah, Google officially made Chrome in a .deb file. I forget where to get it. I can't find it on their website...

I've added a link to the 'Options' page to clear cookies. Note that this will make it forget any channels you're in, along with all options you have configured.

Edit: I just removed the part of the code that was making it hang up. It should now silently fail parsing cookies. I may make it wipe the problematic cookie on error, though...

Yap, but it didn't work on Chromium.

Fixed now!
