[07:33:35] <+\david\> Hum SpyBot just failed
The thing is I posted in my Z80 Assembly Questions topic at 09:32:08, you can see it here (http://ourl.ca/10972/208879). So why didnt' SpyBot notify it? Was it down for a bit or something or is it worse?
-
It occasionally misses posts. I think it's because someone else posted a post at nearly the exact same time but slightly after, and by the time SpyBot got around to check, the "newest post" was now the post that came after the one you made, skipping your post entirely.
I'm just guessing, though. Maybe it is a bug.

Yeah, I think Spybot only checks posts at a certain frequency. It was set lower a while ago, and that caused problems (same post being reported several times). Netham will have to confirm, though.
-
I thought that was because they were in Spam?
-
His topic is in the "ASM Language" forum, so that can't be it :/
-
It checks once a second, I believe. If there are two posts in the same second, it only sends the latest.
-
Is there an RSS feed that you use?
-
It used to check them in real time, but it caused SpyBot to freak out and sends the same post notice about 100-200 times in one minute.

There is an RSS feed out there, but I connect to the SQL DB.
