Title: Unicode support

It's kinda annoying when you post stuff in UTF-8. And I think I broke OmnomIRC with my unicode nickname, it's possible?

Anyway, that would be nice.

BTW mIRC 7 have unicode support I think. You may want to upgrade if you still have v6.

EDIT: Nevermind about the nickname. The relay is broken.

I think OmniNet should maybe disallow such nicks, although I bet using the chars in chat would still break Omnom anyway.
