Pixel Man, spikes, and an enemy.  Pixel Man is fully animated!  :D

Pixel Man can perform a spinning double-jump in order to gain a little height.  He can also pick up one hundred gems to get an extra life.  Green gems count as ten!

The title screen.

Pixel Man has lost his minimalist looks from the last demo, and is now slender and long.  Also, enemies can be stomped on!  (Not those with spikes, however...)  His jumping is now much more fluid as well.  If you release the jump key, he'll fall.  Controlled jumping!  Yay!

The goal of each level is to reach the door/flag.  (Not sure what I'm gonna use yet.)  Touch it to get to the next level.  After two levels, you will fight Bob in a boss battle.

Here's the plot that I came up with:

Jc was a happy programmer. He had created a lot of characters, but one was more special than others- Bob. Although he got hurt a lot, this stick man was the topic of several games and was great for hours of entertainment.

One day, Jc decided to create a new character. Using a very small 7x16 grid, he created another smaller stick figure, named Pixel Man. Pixel Man was intellegent, agile, and friendly, unlike Bob. Jc immediately liked Pixel Man and he became his new favorite.

Obviously, Bob was very jealous. Although he wasn't getting hurt or being made fun of, he wanted the center of attention. Unfortunately, Jc was always ready to protect the harmless Pixel Man. Until one day...

Jc decided he needed a vacation. He left his house under the control of Pixel Man and left promptly. As he went out the door, an evil grin grew on Bob's face. He could get rid of Pixel Man!

He grabbed the pixelated fellow and took him into a faraway land. Just before he could kill Pixel Man, the little guy escaped from his grasp. Now, Bob is on a hunt to catch Pixel Man.

DJ Omnimaga:
hehe sound fun, I hope you finish this soon, will you allow playing the game in full screen mode? :)

Radical Pi:
Looks very good! :D
Are there any working demos available?

Master Jc:
There's a wickedly old one that runs on a different engine and is nigh impossible.
