about ROL3 I meant that it was doing that because I use 2 for loop to display the text on the graph screen as single characters so the "i" and "l" are always to the left, leaving some empty spaces between the next character. Not a big problem though since RL3 mostly use caps letters

oh, okay.  Maybe if I got brave enough (and also bought an 84 or at least an SE) I could replicate the system on RPG Maker 2003... that'd be interesting...

sound like a nice idea. Actually someone started an engine called Millen (news article posted on Omnimaga earlier) on ticalc.org but it was a very early alpha version which constantly crash. its meant to be some kind of RPG maker :)

KOR is an RPG maker :D (well... only if you D/L the comvineant KORDEV package)

is it still under developpement? btw rm2k is a great source for sprites, and photofiltre gives god results for converting them into b/w, I might try to convert them to grayscale :)
