If you would like to stop going to a site or someone else, you can try this method:
1. Open a web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox etc..).
2. In the ttile bar, paste this in: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
3. Open the file 'hosts' in notepad. (Right click -> 'open with', choose notepad).
4. Add a new line and then this: 127.0.0.1 site.com (any site, like google.com or ticalc.org)
5. Save it and see what happens.

Yeah, sorry I didn't add that. I used to visit a forum (blizzhackers.com) too often, so I asked to be banned. They didn't do it, so I was like please but still no answer...So then I was like "I'll make they ban me!", so I spammed about 10,000 smilies that were gifs....Took about 3 mins to load on cable :P, then someone told me to just use the above method...Hehe, I soon was banned by them :P

It blocks access to the site that you place in there.
