Title: is there a way i can make a 32-bit installer out of 64-bit?

is there a way i can make a 32-bit installer out of 64-it windows and 32-bit system files?
I have win7 and 32-bit windows xp files... Can I make an XP setup/startup/boot/livecd disk?

Well, if you have the original XP i386 folder or installation disk or something, I guess you can, no matter which OS. Otherwise, no.

You could try making a virtual PC (using something like VirtualBox) and installing Windows XP on it.
