That reminds me the $39 Playstation 3 error. If they actually shipped them I think I would try buying this computer. XD
Also I lol'ed at how the warranty costs 10 times the actual computer. ;D
-
I would totally try buying one. Worst case scenario is a refund!
Edit: O.O this one looks like an accident too http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=893904&CatId=114

OMG. Lol fail.
That would be pretty awesome if they really sells computers for $30. Oh wait.
/me looks at his old computer he bought at school for $15 and at the Raspberry Pi
-
NOOOOOO i wanted my $30 gaming rig XD
-
Lol no longer available already. Seems like they fixed the price anyway because it now shows something over $1000 when combining with Windows

Something's really wacked out about that site O.o

I bought my old P4 computer for 75$ as a open box item that "didn't work" (IE wouldnt boot). I opened the case and looked inside. One of the drive cables was loose (hard drive i think)... Secured the cable and the computer worked fine. :) I was initially planning on buying a hard drive and setting it up and still having a really cheap computer, but in the end I didn't have to spend anything extra. ;D
-
I got my computer for $10.
Its an emachines T2482 with only 512MB RAM, but go beat that for $10. :D
-
I wonder if anybody really got one of those computers for this cheap or if the company decided to abort the sale/shipping?

0$ on an awful emachines t2042 that i pieced together from scraps. the monitor came from someone's grandparents (who were upgrading to an i7 with 8 gigs of ram and a TB hard drive XD), the keyboard and other peripherals from various places. a pci board for extra usb slots from an older computron that someone was tossing out, a hard drive and processor from yet another computer being tossed. extra RAM that was just laying around, and a tower from a police auction XD
2 gigs of RAM, 2.4 GHz, 8 gigHDD, and this: http://www.thinkgeek.com/interests/doctorwho/9223/

I have that same USB hub, and I love it.
-
The first computer I got was for free too, but it was in 2004 and was a Pentium II 350 MHz with 128 MB of RAM and a 20 GB hard drive at that time. It ran Windows 2000 (which was stable, but when it crashed it was over)
-
Oh the horror of seeing that screenshot! /me shields his eyes from the price
-
I get free computers all the time. Usually they don't work :P but I can fix that. Dead mobo? Good, this one over here has a dead PSU, and this one has no HD, etc. until I end up with n-1 computers :P
-
Now if only you lived close to me, you could fix my mom's laptop maybe? :P (Actually I think Juju might be able to, but I'm unsure, especially considering it's a laptop)
-
laptops are harder, depending on the problem. HDs and RAM are still fairly simple, but anything else internal becomes a massive hassle (excepting virus problems) because of specialized parts.
Any idea what's wrong with it?
-
When she took it back to The Source, the guy said it was the mobo that was fried.
-
Lolwut, I saw this and it just couldn't be right. Should be more like 29.99 x 100. And lol at the warantee price too.
*Buy now for 29.95! A VERY reasonable price for an i7...
Lol there's even a comment down the bottom of the page
And a good computer it is too.
What the heck

"This product was falsely advertise as in stock at an amazing low price of 30$. due to their mistakes they failed to contact me and properly inform me of their cancellation of my product. Never buying from these people again"
Wonder if that person actually paid the $30?
