O.O

Either your browser messed up badly, or you got some weird viruses. When you mentionned you had ads on Omni I got worried. O.O

Also what an insult to have the CX as our banner. :O That said, I'm sure a lot of people will develop Ndless games for it no matter what, though. It just looks funny since normally I would rather put a Prizm pic in there. :P

Try clearing out your cache, then refreshing the page.

(Go to the wrench > options > under the hood > clear browsing data > clear the cache

Hmm, I guess that something strange overwrote the background image, and Chrome was reading off of that image instead of the actual background image. (This is done to save time and memory, so that you don't have to redownload all the time.) By clearing the cache, the browser is forced to redownload a background image, where it picks the right image.

EDIT: It appears that the banner picture was wrong too. I believe the picture index for omnimaga was shifted leftward or something, causing all of the pictures to remap.

I've had Firefox do stuff like that on occasion, too. Clearing the cache was also the solution. Apparently, the images in the cache get mixed up. No idea why it happens. Back in my Win98/Me days, I even had this happen to desktop icons on a fairly regular basis and had to use something like TweakUI to force an icon cache clear.

Haha indeed. XD On top of that there was even a reference to gCn in a fake news here not so long ago. XD

And Qazz, strange. Hopefully you don't run into this problem too often in the future.

and the fact that there were about 3 cemetech logos spread around XD

Seriously, some of the images I have no idea where they came from O-o

It could be another site you visited before or something. I'm not sure.

Well, seeing that I just started up my computer after a reformat and that the only sites I visited were omni and cemetech, I don't see how AVG and Norton appeared O-o creepy

Did you actually reformat your entire hard disk and reinstall Windows from scratch?

If so, maybe they were packaged with it? O.o
