does somebody knows an url add shortener that pays money and does not needs flash to work??

yeah! , but i need that it works with html5 or web1, something that is not flash, something that can handle android or mobile safari

well, with adsense you can tell it to only do text-based advertisment, no flash needed at all.

well i need another one, adsense needs some other prequisites i dont have, do you know another one?

btw adsense works with pay per click and there is flash on it

thanks, although it would be real nice if somebody knew specifically which of them works without flash

Ads in general usually don't use flash, if they aren't minigames or something.
So just look at like #3 of that list, it says that you can customize your ads, so i guess you can also tell it to do only text-based -> no flash -> win.
Seriousley, did you read through that at all?

Adfly is no flash but please don't use that kind of crap. Its rather annoying.

AdSense have flash-less ads IIRC. Just tell them to put text-only ads and there you go. I dunno if it requires Flash though, but you'll need Javascript.
