Before I edited the "map" vote, there were 4 clear winners.  Now it's a close race...

If added, will the map power up reveal the map "forever" or for a certain amount of time only ? If it is "forever", it would be cheating a lot :P

It reveals the map for the entire level, just like the DOOM map powerup.  The powerup ends when the player completes the level.

That doesn't sound bad. It would be useful in maze-ish levels, too.

Yeah. I really like the idea of a disintegration suit, but mostly if you can see your enemies melt/turn to dust.

That's part of the problem.  Personally, though, I would enjoy simply running through them and knowing that I had knocked the stuffing out of them

We have some clear winners!  It was a close call, and I can't bear to part with any one of the 5 high-voted power-ups, so I'll incorporate all five somehow.  (I think I know of an easy way to do so)

So the A190 Pressurizer, the Herm Injection, the Map, the Case of Cylinders and the Disintegration Suit will all be in the game.

I've now included a new poll:  Should the Map power-up reveal secrets?

I would say that it displays on the map the directions of the secrets during 5 seconds by putting arrows on the border of the map, then erases them.
At least, not forever.
Or maybe some kind of blinking map that blinks faster when you are close to a secret :D

Actually, wouldn't the enemy be zoomed in so that it takes up almost the entire screen when you're passing through it? If so I think that should already be enough to make me feel like I made something expload ;D

Hm, yeah...Ooh! Maybe if you run into them with the Disintegration Suit, you bounce backwards and then see them melt/turn to dust/implode/explode/whatever!
