I read book two, and thought it sucked in a bad way. :( You can't turn a videogame storyline (especially one that is basically: aliens are bad- death to aliens) into a book.

Books one and three (I believe) were written by the same guy, whereas two was not.  That's also part of the reason that 1 and 3 are better.  Great stories, I've read all three of them, awesome if you ask me.

I agree, I liked 1 and 3 the most.

I did as well. :) As for book 2... I would rather just play the game. :D

I was really hoping that the books continued, because I would like to know what happens to Dr Hasely and SPARTAN Kelly... Plus the other 3 or 4 SPARTANS, besides the Master Chief...
