lol, Target (Big chain of stores, almost as big as the walmarts) had over 30 on the shelf when I got mine, and over 50 in the back stock room... O_O

I am getting a 360 soon, waiting just a little bit to see if there is going to be a price drop, but there aren't any good wii games right now to make me want one (already have TP)

i'm going to get the PS3 either this summer or after the next price drop (probably around christmas). I can't stop oogling over the graphics, wifi internet connection (it's also free to use internet, unlike 360) the SixaxiS controller (u might say it coppies the wii, but it still pwns), Blue Ray capabilities, although you need extra cables and what-not (the next best Blue-Ray player is like $1000). The only problem is: $600 and not many games out.

 I'm guessing you want the 360 and none of the other consoles because it has 50 cookie-cutter shooting games.

Go for 360 for the current games out and price. Otherwise, for graphics and greater compatibility (and price) for for PS3.

The Wii is affordable all around, but lacks what gamers call "hard-core" games (i.e. notable shooters). Plus, you can get a workout with the Wii.  :P

yeah, the wii is great price and idea, but the graphics and games aren't wat they need to be. the 360 is definently the best as of now, but once games start being made for the PS3, it's all over

It's no joke!
At our school, every Wednesday is "late start", meaning school starts an hour and 15 minutes later. So one Wednesday, one of my classmates came in dripping with sweat. His mom had dropped him off, so we wondered why he was sweating like crazy. Then he said one word: Wii. O_O

yep, I love fps games.  Of course, games like asssasins creed and RE5 are also good reasons to get a 360.  PS3 costs to much, and the wii's games plain and simply suck IMO.  If anything good ever comes out, it will might be too little too late with all the gems on 360.

yeah, all that is true, but once some companies figure out what the PS3 can do... everybody will want a PS3 ( as long as it comes out before halo 3 ;) )

Wii games are the best! WarioWare, TP, Rayman, they all kick a**. Plus there are plans for Animal Crossing, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles, Super Smash Bros, and more to be ported. All incredible games. The reason you don't like them (with the exception of TP) is that they don't fit the stereotypical angsty, brooding nerd that you're striving to be. Instead of acting dark and pathetic to try to get attention, why don't you actually just consider fun things fun?
The only FPSs I like now are fun ones like UT or HL2. They've all become exactly the same thing with different (but not by much) storylines and weapons. No thanks.

Why did my bro bought a gamecube after selling it 2 months ago to play zelda instead of getting a new wii? o.o

I would have went for the Wii for sure, but now I'm saving money for a new PC ^^
