Title: Acelgoyobis not working
Post by: Hot_Dog on May 06, 2011, 08:07:40 pm
On my Ti-83+ SE, Acelgoyobis stops working whenever a table is loaded.  The menu works fine, but after a table is selected, nothing happens...I can't even quit using 2nd or flip the flippers.  It's just frozen.

Does anyone know what's wrong?

I guess this probably isn't it, but there's three files called "PINBALL" in the folder (there's an .82p, an .83p, and an .8xp)...you sent the 8xp right?

Lol, I forgot to press "left" to launch the ball.  Problem solved

Rofl.  Btw don't you press right to launch it?

When the ball is at rest on the spring, you can pull the string with the right
arrow. The longer you press it the faster the ball will be launched. No other
key works in this position.

By the way also they need to be in RAM to be used. I don't remember why tables can't be archived, but I think it had something to do with the author never having made a TI-83+ program before, only TI-82/83 ones. Just as an head up for those who are used to newer games running data directly from archive or automatically unarchiving it during runtime.
