Cant backup

TI Connect will not back up my calc.  It's never done this before.

Delnar_Ersike:
Can the calculator be recognized by TI-Connect? What type of transfer problem occurs when you try to back up your files? Can it still back up of you archive all your  stuff and do a RAM Clear?
