Title: Downgrade OS 3.1.

hi, i buyed a ti nspire cas touchpad yesterday, after a lot of trouble i upgrade the OS to the 3.1.0.392 version, but there's a lot of problems, every key is switched, i press 2 and the calculator understan a, and the same is for every key, the touchpd doesn't works, do you know a solution?or a way to downgrade the os, even in the reset screen the calculator doesn't recognize the right key

It looks like your calculator things it has a 84+ keypad installed.
Try to remove the touchpad keypad and carefully check if the connector is not dirty. (Since a bad connection might trigger this)

Hi and welcome here. When you turn the calc ON, does the screen shows a nearly empty screen with big pixels and stuff or a RAM cleared message? If that's the case, then the calculator thinks it has a TI-84 Plus keypad installed. If you see smaller pixels with a better resolution, then it's probably messed up or something and it registers the wrong keys, which seems less likely, though. In any case, it seems to be defective or something.

Did you have Ndless installed? Otherwise this shouldn't happen.

Does non-TNOC OS have anything to do with it?
