Title: Guys, I got a problem...
Post by: Scipi on March 08, 2011, 05:04:01 pm
For some reason, my nSpire screen seems to be busted. It looks as though the contrast is set to low but I tried raising it and to no avail. It is a problem on both the Nspire and the emu. I cant even see the boot up sequence save for that part where it all goes dark for a few seconds. The only thing I did was set DoorsCS to start on startup but I don't know if that's the problem. The only other thing is that my cat may have stepped on the screen and broke it, but she's still a kitten and is not heavy enough to even remotely do that.

Any ideas on fixes?

I'd try an OS resend, but you may have changed something that wouldn't be effected by the changing of an OS. ;)

Do you see anything on the screen, but barely, or nothing at all? What OS do you have?

I barely see anything, and only if I go to something like the program or apps list. However, now I'm not able to see a thing. I have OS 2.0.1.

Did you take it out in the cold, while running? or vice versa?

No. All I did was finish what I was doing for that day (which was installing DoorsCS) test DoorsCS (including the launch on start-up which was all working) Then I put it on my nightstand and went to bed. Next day... :'(
