Title: help with missing components for nspire ss and computer link

i am missing connectivity library for the student software and computer link. Reinstalled both but no result.

can anyone help.

The message shown is

[M1] The connectivity library is missing. please reinstall the software

after that the computer link shuts down and student software pretends it has nothing to do with connectivity

apparently u need to have ur calculator unplugged, restart, start the software before plugging calculator back in
