How to send Chrono Fantasy with USB cable?

Does anyone know a way to send Chrono Fantasy to a TI-89 Titanium using a direct USB cable? On calc, I need to run a program during transfer and installing, but when sending the files asked, the USB transfer kills the program like if I pressed the ON key
