it is really annoying that everytime i run the emulator in ti-84+ mode it clears all the ram!!! any solution?
also there were some other problems
generally improvements for the emulator are needed and they havent been posted on unitedti since july!!!

Is there a reason you're using goplat's emu for 84+ emulation? If it's anything non-nspire specific, why not just stick with wabbitemu or the like?
The only reason I see is if you're a linux guy like me ;) I can't help you there. I don't emulate calcs much.
Edit: Besides, it seems like my real nspire does that too, so are you sure it's the emu? (JK) :P

oh what's wabbitemu? ill try it
and actually its xspire's gtk gui over goplats emu
ok ive tried it and it asks for a rom image. I don't have one. because i don't own a ti-84. so anyway ??
what? your real nspire clears ram every time? what the hell is ti thinking?
the thing is, see i don't have an 84+ keypad

Yeah, TI decided it would be awesome to return in 1990, when the TI-81 RAM cleared when changing batteries.
As for a TI-84 ROM I am afraid I can't help you, though, since it is not legal to redistribute and Rom8x won't help you since it's impossible to dump a TI-84 ROM from a Nspire. You may have some luck by searching ti84p.rom but if it fails, Idk x.x

damn, ill will just have to continue until someone at unitedti posts better versions of the emulator, i wish i could make one myself... at least i got to try doorscs7 and sad alpha 3 great progs

You may try Ncubate's save state feature, although I didn't try it with a 84+ emulation: http://ourl.ca/6877
