I got 80070005, and the only way i could fix it was downgrading my TI-OS to an earlier version.

TI-Connect is weird.  And I hate TI-Connect for it weirdness.  I can't even move PyroEdit to and from my calc with TI-Connect.

For these reasons and more, I use TiLP, and think more people should prefere TiLP over TI-Connect.

duno, but I was able to fix the first error once by either

1.) restarting comp

2.) replugging USB cables in either end.

3.) loading a fresh copy of the OS onto the calc

what kind of calc is it?

The second error can also be fixed those ways, except that you can also retry until it finally loads or reset the calc's RAM (if you were using Omnicalc or xLib)

TiLP is anything but easy.

it isn't that bad really. Just different (doesn't integrate with explorer like connect does, but not hard to deal with really).

Pshaw!  It is easy as cake.  The hardest part is probably installing the driver (if you use SilverLink), but you only gotta do that once.
