PindurTI help
« on: January 29, 2007, 11:28:00 am »
Ok, i have the stand alone .exe of PTI, and ran it. It then came up with that cyan black screen. Now when i try to send anything to it (the drag and drop method), it either says "Unknown file type" or "That file doesn't match running model". Can somebody please help me  :(sad.gif

are you sure you try to send the right kind of file? AKA if you use a TI-83+ ROM (to make sure press 2nd+MEM then press [1] to see ROM version), you must use 8x? programs.

i see, PTI doesnt support 84+/SEs ROM images, you need to use tilem for them. PTI is only for TI-82, 83 and 83+ calcs (non SE) :(sad.gif

Use TILem, VTI is no longer maintained, and I don't think any of them handle the 84+ series at all.

http://www.ticalc.org/archives/files/fileinfo/372/37211.html

The windows versions have been kinda far behind the linux ones.

Don't forget GTK+!
