Title: The speed of Nspire CX CAS
Post by: brahimmed30 on August 17, 2011, 07:18:04 pm
I notice that the speed of nspire touchpad is larger than the speed of nspire cx especially true in the tables and lists application and  is there anyone who has the same view

I noticed it also, especially in real time rendering, like Make3D.
 25 fps on ClickPad
 15 fps on CX

Well, I guess it means that something is unoptimized, as the cpu frequency is higher. Or maybe it has more work with the colors.

Surely as the color display requires a processor speed greater than the screen of Clickpad or Touchpad
Is  TI does not take that into consideration or it is only  a bug in the OS of Nspire CX  ?

I guess it's due to the color screen too. Instead of 4 bit grayscale, now you draw 8 or 16 bits color or something like that.
