Ti-83/84 plus App French translator

The tittle pretty much tells it all, does any one know of a Ti-83/84 app English to French translator?

on TI website, if you go in the TI-83+ section there should be applications to translate your calculator menus in various languages. You might need to search a bit for yourself at http://education.ti.com, and keep in mind TI-84+ Français application is not for the TI-83+ or vice-versa, because they got new commands.

No, I mean like a app where you can put in an English word and it will give you that English word in French.

I don't think I have heard of any...just a Spanish dictionary...which doesn't really help you

Here's a list of language programs at ticalc.org (that list isn't exclusively for French).  It looks like there are some programs for conjugation but I'm not sure if any are dictionaries.
